An M.F.A. candidates short film exploring the legitimacy/constitutionality of the Baker Act (Florida Mental Health Act of 1971) through the experience of Max Fletcher, a young man being held against his will at a behavioral center. It is real, it is heart felt, it is entertaining, it is a dark humored experience that you don't want to miss. Looking for actors to play the following roles. Casting call Thursday, Jan. 29 at Adler Hall (SCAD Building on East Indian St.) between 6-7p.m. -Woman age 28-40 to play the character of Cora, a cold receptionist working at the behavioral center. -Man in his 40's to play the character of Dave, the roommate of Max Fletcher at the behavioral center. -Man 50+ to play the character of Dr. Fellgood, the resident doctor of the behavioral center.

Hi, I wasn't able to make it to the audition due to work. If I fit the type you are looking for to play the character Dave I would love to audition for you if you are still casting. I played Billy Bibbitt in one Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and Barry In the Boys Next Door both mentally challenged men. Thanks for your concideration, JT

Bummer, I was in Adler just last night ... doing a call back for "Dakotia". Wish I had known, I would have loved to try for Cora. *sigh*
