It's 2:00 in the morning and no one is on the street, except for Cody. Cody is a man who suffers from Poinephobia (fear of punishment), and on his way home from work he gets stuck at a traffic light where all the lights are red. With his cell phone dead and no other people around him he is stuck at the light, unable to go anywhere. He is unable to continue his drive, and proceeds to find a way through the light without breaking any laws.
