Rouge Noir is a timeless story of betrayal and revenge, set in the steamy, gritty, sexy underbelly of the nightlife of the 1930’s. As lead act of the Shangri-La club and leading lady in the life of the Shangri-La Club owner, Richie Gold, The Widow DeVine is used to staying on top. But, when up and coming songbird, Juliet Morgan, gets too close to Richie for the Widows’ comfort, the Widow must take action to defend her spotlight, and ensure her future.
