Synopsis: The People on the Ground is a drama about a man taking his final elevator ride in his office building. He's going to the roof, he intends to jump. His co-workers, friends, and boss all get on and off, and give him more reasons to jump.
Roles We Will Be Casting:
Daniel: The lead, mid-late 20's. Very passive aggressive.
John: Daniel's ex-best friend, mid-late 20's. John has a higher position in the company than Daniel, although he's half as qualified.
Mr. Burkes: Mid 40's- Mid 50's. Daniel's hard-ass boss. He's accentuated by his almost comic moustache.
Lucy: Mid-late 20's, this is Daniel's ex-girlfriend. She lives life to the fullest.
Busty: Early 20's, Daniel's disrespectful secretary.
Young Daniel: Daniel age 9-12
Young Lucy: Lucy age 9-12
