Mad scientist Dr. Katherine Cyanide is headlong into her plan for world domination when a buff, arrogant superhero, the Hammer, enters her underground hideout and foils her plan. With Dr. Cyanide cuffed and thrown over one shoulder, he begins his exit when the elevator they are riding back to the surface stalls, and the two enemies are forced to sit and wait, and possibly, find an unlikely connection.
